CANCELLATION AND REFUND At MAFIO, we aim to deliver premium products with efficiency and transparency. However, as per our store policy, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds on any orders once they have been placed.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Initiating an Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@bemafio.com with the following details: Your Order ID Size originally purchased Size you want to exchange it for You will receive a response within 24 hours
. Quality Check: All products returned for exchange will undergo a mandatory quality check. We reserve the right to reject exchanges if: The product shows signs of use The item is damaged or not in its original condition Shipping the Exchange: If your exchange is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to MAFIO. Please share the tracking ID with us in the same email thread.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective item, kindly email info@bemafio.com with your Order ID and clear images of the defect. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
Exchange Limitations: Exchanges are only permitted once per order and only for a different size of the same product. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
STORE CREDIT If an exchange is not possible, the value of your return will be provided as a store credit, which can be used on any future purchase on the MAFIO website or in-stores. You will receive a unique store credit code via email. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
ORDER PROCESSING Please allow 24 hours for order processing. All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Orders are shipped from India. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
PRE-ORDER POLICY Products marked as pre-order will be shipped as soon as they become available. Full payment is taken at checkout. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
SHIPPING INFORMATION Domestic Shipping (India): Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is complimentary on all orders. International Shipping: MAFIO ships worldwide via trusted carriers like DHL Express or UPS. Duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your shipping location. FINAL SALE ITEMS Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. MAFIO reserves the right to change or discontinue sale pricing at any time without notice.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Once proof of delivery is provided by the courier, MAFIO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All delivery risks lie with the courier service.
